We are a transportation planning organization for the four Counties of Asotin, Garfield, Columbia and Whitman in the Southeast Washington State. We work closely with the Lewis-Clark Metropolitan Planning Organization (LCMPO) to deliver comprehensive transportation planning and policy services for the region.
